Here is an overview of treatments that are commonly included in full mouth reconstruction and their average healing times:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tooth extractions: <\/strong>Soreness and swelling that may last 1 \u2013 2 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dental implant placement:<\/strong> Soreness and swelling for 1 \u2013 2 weeks in soft tissues. It often lasts a few days to a few weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supporting Your Recovery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remember that everyone heals at different rates, according to their overall health and the details of their treatment plan. Do not be in a rush to recover. Severe pain is <em>not <\/em>normal after most dental procedures. Serious swelling, pus, and persistent bad breath are other red flags that deserve prompt professional attention.
